November 2024 cohort now launching
Mission Include is delivered in partnership with multiple leading DE&I campaigns, including: The 30% Club, Change the Race Ratio and Age Irrelevance, among others (watch this space for updates!), this pioneering, high-impact programme is helping to create change on a global scale.
Mission Include is an award winning and thriving cross-company mentoring programme, founded in 2018 with the aim to support and advance under-represented talent. This programme is unique both for its cross-company, cross-sector principles but also its cross-diversity strand approach. Each year organisations and their respective participants embark on a nine-month mentoring and development programme, expertly delivered by Moving Ahead.
During the Mission Include 2022 - 2023 programme,

Mentees are those who identify as being from an underrepresented group and are at all levels of the career pyramid.
Mentors are senior leaders (mid manager up to Board level) from another organisation.

10 pairs: £10,500 (for every additional ten pairs, the contribution is £10,000)
