A leadership development specialist with over 25-years’ experience in facilitating, enabling and driving leadership performance in international organizations. She has delivered many engaging and memorable sessions for leaders at every level to enable them to manage their impact on others. Using her neuroscience background, leadership concepts are presented in a "scientific" but fun and easy to understand way. Sam facilitates online or face to face in a wide variety of industries including financial services, retail, utilities, IT and not-for-profit. She is also a visiting executive education lecturer at several academic institutions both in the UK and USA.​
