LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Drive change through our immersive leadership programmes to inspire personal development, challenge mindsets and encourage learning.
Our programmes are designed to consider your specific purpose, goals and target audience every step of the way. Whether it’s a women’s development programme or another target audience, we will partner with you to design and deliver a high-impact programme that delivers your talent, development, DE&I strategy.
All programmes are co-created and tailored to your audience’s needs, delivered by our specialist team of facilitators and supported by our speaker academy. Together this offers inspiring and thought-provoking content, ongoing support and true integration of the learnings.
Participants could be first-time managers, at board level or everywhere in between, depending on your organisation’s requirements.
Our programme delivery includes:
Showcase and preparation
We will present the programme to your audiences to secure buy-in and inspire colleagues to participate. Before the programme starts, participants will work through a storytelling preparation exercise to help with self-reflection and support the group to build rapport.
Immersive learning events
Participants will attend core events with their Golden Thread facilitator and guests from our speaker academy to explore development themes, underpinned by a ‘Receive - Reflect- React’ model.
Virtual keynote sessions
In an increasingly digital world it is possible to supplement the core events with additional keynote sessions. These events are led by our speaker academy on a range of inspirational and development topics.
Mentoring groups
Peer-to-peer mentoring can be woven throughout the programme, providing a supportive environment for participants to continue to learn and challenge each other.
Digital learning content
Participants will have access to Moving Ahead’s online digital learning ‘The Guide to Extraordinary Mentoring’ consisting of short films from our expert speakers, reflection exercises, notifications on upcoming events, and a place to collaborate with their cohort.
Communication
Your dedicated client partner will support you to determine clear learning objectives, communicate all event briefings, as well as managing communications to Line Managers and other stakeholders to ensure programme success.
Additional programme components
One-to-one coaching
Incorporating individual coaching and personalised support into a programme helps participants to integrate learning from the immersive group events and supports individuals to take further action.
Sponsorship pairings
A sponsorship element to the programme offers participants access to opportunities, networks and ideas beyond their current thinking. In a reciprocal relationship, sponsors are encouraged to expand and challenge their thinking around inclusion, development and talent.
