My role as a client and programme partner is to support clients, offering solutions, and executing programme journeys for exceptional DE&I programmes that celebrate difference, promote collaboration and champion inclusion. I have over 5 years of experience in the Learning and Development environs, having been the Country Manager for a British Learning and Development organisation in India and 4 years of experience in client management. I have a lot of experience working in diverse teams and I must say that I have grown both, as a person and as a professional in such environments - now as part of Moving Ahead, I am delighted to be an agent of change.
