We offer Sponsorship Circles and 1:1 Sponsorship
Sponsorship circles (consisting of 1-2 sponsors, 6-8 sponsees) foster opportunities for organic connection, storytelling and advocacy. Facilitators provide key development skills and guide discussions, strengthening sponsorship while boosting confidence, networks and visibility.
1:1 Sponsorship is a career-advancing relationship where a sponsor actively champions a sponsee, leveraging influence, providing guidance and creating opportunities for growth and visibility.
