Adam has been an inspirational mentor who has pushed his mentee to reach new heights. He has championed and encouraged his mentee to seek wider opportunities through charitable work which inspired her to create the Northeast of England’s Help for Ukraine and Poland initiative which raised over £1,000 providing immediate help for families arriving in her hometown and travelling to Poland to provide donations for schools.
