Alex finished as the top goal scorer in both the London and Rio Olympic Games.

She is incredibly passionate about the power sport holds to unlock the potential in individuals, teams and organisations. Alex uses her 20 years' experience to share, guide and support learning and development in working environments. From building resilience, forming winning cultures, dealing with setbacks and setting achievable goals, amongst many other topics, Alex draws on first hand examples to highlight the systematic ways these can all be achieved within a workplace.

Alex retired in 2020 after sustaining a life changing traumatic brain injury in 2018. At this point Alex used everything she learnt to overcome, embrace and live with some of the enormous changes this brought. She now lives happily running a farm with her husband in the New Forest whilst raising her three daughters.
