In my role at Moving Ahead, I am a lead consultant on inclusion and diversity strategy development and a facilitator on programmes including Inclusive Leadership, Leadership Development and Mentoring Programmes, including the 30% Club Cross-Company mentoring programme. I have been helping organisations transform their business performance and reputation through their people for the last 15 years.
