The Inspired by Mentoring Awards
Moving Ahead is proud to deliver the world’s largest cross-company mentoring programmes as part of the 30% Club campaign. The Mission Gender Equity and Mission Include mentoring programmes are global, cross-company and cross-sector nine-month mentoring programmes.
Since 2014, our 30% Club programmes have supported 20,000 mentees and mentors, across 681 organisations, 50 countries and over 30 sectors. The Mission Gender Equity cross-company programme builds the pipeline and representation of women in leadership and board roles. Celebrating it’s tenth year, the programme has truly transformed the way organisations retain and accelerate diverse women talent.
We celebrate the Inspired by Mentoring Awards annually and the nominees have been voted for by the participants. This is a great opportunity to champion those who have given their all to the programme and their mentoring partners who are already seeing transformative changes in their careers.
