The Inspired by Mentoring Awards

Moving Ahead is proud to deliver the world’s largest global, cross-company, cross-sector mentoring programmes as part of the 30% Club campaign; Mission Gender Equity and Mission Include mentoring programmes. By participating in these nine-month programmes, participants are committing to advancing diversity, championing each other’s stories, and learning by walking in the shoes of others.  

Since 2014, our 30% Club programmes have supported 20,000 mentees and mentors, across 681 organisations, 50 countries and over 30 sectors. The Mission Include cross-company programme develops and supports high potential individuals from underrepresented groups across all levels of the career pyramid.

Each year, we celebrate the Inspired by Mentoring Awards and use this great opportunity to champion participants, programme partners, and organisations who have given their all to the programme, seeing transformative changes in their careers and within their organisations as a result.
