I’m a Research and Insights Manager with two decades of expertise in market and consumer research, along with extensive experience in overseeing both national and international projects. My role at Moving Ahead is to demonstrate the impact of our programmes to clients by collecting, analysing, and reporting on programme surveys. I also provide trends and insights for our clients, demonstrating their return on investment.  

I’m passionate about transforming insights into actionable strategies, propelling organisations to reach new heights of success.

Diversity is important to me because it means exposure to different cultures, ideas, and perspectives broadens one's understanding of the world. I believe that it helps in developing empathy and reducing biases.
