Client and Programme Partner

As Client and Programme Partner, I strive to build close collaborative relationships with clients. I help to deliver successful programmes for both mentors and mentees by aiding in the matching process and event planning. Personally, I have a lot of experience working in diverse teams and I must say that I have grown both, as a person and professional in such environments. Now as part of Moving Ahead, I am delighted to be an agent of change and making my own small contribution towards enabling such journeys for our programme participants.

What does inclusion mean to you?

To me, inclusion means to be safe, represented and heard. To feel a sense of respect and freedom to fully be yourself, and receive the same treatment and prospects as others.
