I lead, manage and develop the team who deliver our Mission Gender Equity and Mission Include Programmes, as well as our International Chapters; currently the 30% Club mentoring programmes in the US and Mexico. My favourite part of the role is seeing the impact that our programmes have on not only people’s careers, but their lives too. I know that this is enabled by a great team who are working hard to deliver high quality, world class programmes and content, and who are excelling at programme and relationship management.

What is your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievement was being selected for the Women's Leadership and Development Executive Committee in my time at Essex Police, where I got to work with an inspiring group of women to empower officers and staff to be the best they can be.
