Leadership coach and parental transition expert

Patrick has a unique and deep background in leadership and talent development from the Technology and Sport sectors. He is now an Executive Coach and Parental Transition Coach to teams and individuals across all sectors including Finance, Law, FMCG, Higher Education, Sport and Start-up companies, helping improve performance, manage work/life balance and accelerate careers.​

From 2013-2018 he worked at England Rugby, responsible for all executive coaching, leader and employee development. Previously, Patrick spent 12 years working for three high growth/performance technology businesses, directing both recruitment and leadership/learning & development across Europe, Asia and the UK. He’s been a Director with £1m+ budget and a team of 15 direct reports in multiple continents.​

Patrick volunteers as Vice Chair of Newlands Girls School (1200 pupils, outstanding Ofsted rating) and with Allen & Overy's "ReStart" programme for long term unemployed people who are over 50. Patrick is a qualified Coach, has a MSc in Organisation Consulting, a BSc Hons in Management Science and is an Insights Practitioner.​
