As a Programme Partner within Moving Ahead I aim to develop strong client relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of our programmes to meet the client’s needs. I particularly enjoy our programme events, where I can see our proposal come to life and see participants engage and contribute. Prior to Moving Ahead I worked at Deloitte to deliver projects in their Workforce Transformation division and a before that a similar role at Kaisen Consulting, who specialised in leadership development.
