I am passionate about facilitating connected conversations that ignite behavioural change and performance. I combine an understanding and application of business strategy with a compelling inquisition toward people and performance. I use this to empathetically challenge cultural norms and beliefs that may hinder commercial performance or the effective roll-out of strategy.
